When I arrived to the room, I believe the room had not been cleaned. Found some items in the room that stayed behind from the previous person that stayed there. Bed sheets had makeup on them.

The rooms were old and not up to date, advertising hot tub and there is not, no fountains working, am staff shut lights out 9am sharp when guests are still eating breakfast, Kleenex box empty, no extra toilet paper with current roll almost empty, carpet tearing up from floor, door handle barley worked to open door, elevator had orange juice spill in it for the whole day and reported to which staff said they already told housekeeping basically like it wasn’t their problem, happy hour listed as 4-6pm but is 5-630 at this location, did not have correct rooms as promised when booking

Checking in on 3/2 for 3 night checking out on 3/5. On march 4 we had to leave the hotel from 10:00 am -5 pm because there was no water. We actually did not have hot water until 7 pm. This as a huge inconvenience.staff did not care. It was a planned out
