Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The room was very dark. They should put a couple of extra lights - I had to go around with a flash light to check I have packed everything and could not use the mirror outside the bathroom because of that. Also, the room description says there is a washing machine, but there isn’t. The is a communal washer but you need quarters.

Negatives: Rooms outdated, tub didn’t drain , smell

Negatives: The whole first floor smelled like pot, lock on the door was broken, bed was so overused that that the mattress was sunken in. All counters and surfaces were sticky. Still waiting on my deposit to be refunded.

Negatives: My first impression walking into my room there was a cock roach in the tub and my children were scared. When I called and told manager at front counter she immediately became upset and began being rude. She then said she would send housing keeping but no one ever came. Then my appliances in the room were not working so I called the front counter and the manager became upset and started yelling at me. She told me I could pack my family up and leave if I was going to keep complaining. My second night out key pad went out on our room and the manager said we would have to get someone from the front desk to open door if I wanted to come and go. Overall I would not anyone stay here. Manager and her family resides on property and we’re less then hospitable. My children hated the stay no amenities or anything.

Negatives: Very dirty, we have stayed in Radisson hotels before-this was more like a rundown motel 6.

Negatives: one of the staff was very pushy with my little brother.. he locked himself out and was waiting for me and my spouse to come up. she told hi he had to get out a few times. when we came thru the elevator we heard her. when she seen we coud open the door she tried to apologize...... weird

Negatives: Had to wait almost 15 minutes before someone came to front desk to check me in. Then hotel was over-booked, so a double room wasn't available, per my request, had to use couch pull out bed. Pull out bed was still tied, so I had to flip, cut ties, then make up bed myself. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. They only service rooms every 3 days, so room, towels were not refreshed when we returned in the evening.

Negatives: I didn’t like anything about the property… The front desk clerk was very patient, but the manager was a whole Nother level. The manager was extremely rude. She refused to hear me out and even hung up on me.
