Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The fact that you can't get your room cleaned when you feel it is needed was told that the room can only be cleaned after seven days so ai couldn't get new covers or towels

We had roaches in our room, we were supposed to stay a week but stayed one night. I requested a refund for the rest of the nights, and no one has gotten back with me about my refund. We will not be staying there again.

The staff is accommodating and Friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have two elevators and stair wells for ease of access to your room. Kevin, Miss Dee, Nelda and the rest are always welcoming and friendly even when bogged down.

Set word of a midnight check in ! Concierge did not show up until 1 oclock in the morning ! No customer skills whatsoever ! He was rude and crude ! He tried to charge me for a late check in ! I had to walk down the street at 2 oclock in the morning and stay at another hotel down the street ! I demand satisfaction ! Refund !
