Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Had issue with front desk. The new employee had rude attitude and personal assumptions due ro his own inexperience in his own job performance Even when I showed proff by my personal and private documents he made a statement of letting ME make it and accused me of wrong doing and receiving free rooms. Had to go and have managers show him again how to receive payment made by me for early booking . Paid in advance was treated like I begged or stole or frauded 'HIM'.

The staff, the lady that checked my husband Craig and myself in, I can't remember her name, but she was awesome. She was having issues with the payment system but was very calm. She got it done!! Love her attitude. I am also in the hospitality industry, so I understand. The gentleman that was her relief, is very polite and helpful. I stayed an extra day with no problem! I'm back this weekend, I love this property.

The drink machine wouldn't take my money, so I had to go to the store. I was tired but thirsty!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Staff were rude. They did not have some of the things that they advertise to include and place was dirty and full of cockroaches. They did little for me and my family even though I made a big complain about it.
