Staff was cordial other than that nothing else except the price

My handicap elderly sister was with me and although I requested a room close to elevators, we were placed at almost end of the hall. TV in first room didn’t work, Room placed in refrigerator was dirty and microwave didn’t close, only 1 towel in room and when asked for another towel was told there were none, ice machine didn’t work on 4th floor, breakfast food was dry and appeared to be leftovers, no fruit for breakfast.

Positives:
Just the easy access to the highway and stores. The receptionist was helpful and there’s not much he could do about the new policies.
Negatives:
The property needs to be updated, carpets are awfully stained and things around the room need to be replaced.
The breakfast wasn’t what was expected but at least they offered it.
The property was recently sold to a new owner and there’s things not specified in website.
Only two towels per bedroom regardless the amount of people staying. You also have to leave a $100 deposit at check in cash or card.

The charged me for for rooms only needed 2. No one help with this issue have to dispute with card company. A bunch of homeless people stayed there with animals. Breakfast was horrible never had nothing but waffles with no syrup and cereal. Homeless people got a lot and took to there rooms

Had to go thru 5 rooms to get the TV to work we started at 320 to 4 rooms on the 4th floor then ended up on the 5 th fl 511. Room 320 had no towels. We did get the last 4 . But had to wait till morning was told. The indoor pool was freezing cold there was no Jacuzzi.. Someone was knocking at our door at 1a.m No coffee in or pot just the sugar packets n coffee maker. At 8 am breakfast no syrup, plates were a few ,yogurt was 3 servings,sausage was only a few n cook said that was all for the day,no jelly.When I asked the morning desk person if they were going to give me a discount for the inconvenience she had an attitude and then i find out it will take 3 to 5 business days to get my deposit. We could of gone to motel 6 n received better service n pay 1/4 of your price . Everything you have on your website should have a NO before your accomodations.I feel a discount is in order.

We did not get to stay here so to the fact that we booked to early before the name change and our reservation was not transferred over to the new name!!! We had no reservation according to staff members!

Unable to stay here since our reservation did not transfer over since name change. Staff member offered a 2 bed room but that’s not what we wanted, usually those rooms are small beds and not comfortable to sleep to “larger” ppl.. we had no choice but to find another hotel at the last minute.. I’m not sure what could have been done to accommodate these reservations that did not transfer over but sounds like they were ok with double booking rooms..

The company changed management and went from Green Tree to Sonesta. Our reservation didn’t transfer with the change. The girl at the front desk was rude and acted like it was my fault that the reservation couldn’t be pulled up in their system. I asked if they had any rooms because we had just driven 7hrs with children and my elderly in-laws. I paid full price for 2 rooms on top of whatever was reserved through booking.com The hotel told me to “take it up with booking.com, that it wasn’t their problem”
After getting checked in to our rooms, we noticed a man pacing the hall and trying to open hotel room doors. Around midnight he started knocking on our door and trying to get in. The front desk staff was notified and did nothing. When I mentioned it again the following morning to a different receptionist on the morning shift, I was told that they have a restraining order against “that guy” and he isn’t supposed to be in the building. We felt completely unsafe and we weren’t able to sleep at all, in fear of this man, obviously intoxicated, getting in to our room.
Rooms were dirty, carpets, curtains, sheets stained red. 1 towel in the bathroom for 4 people to shower. Bottles of shampoo/conditioner empty. It was just an unbelievably disappointing stay.
