The location was terrific - close to a mall and major restaurants, quick Uber to really anywhere we needed to go. The room was comfortable, beds and pillows exceeded my expectations. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than continental which surprised me.
Negatives:
There was no hair conditioner in my room, but my colleague in the room next to me indicated she had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Since it was mounted on the wall and not the disposable kind - I was surprised that the rooms weren't consistent. I did not call down - which I should have as I am certain it would have been corrected.

It was close to everything. We liked that there was breakfast, coffee, & a bar inside. The parking garage was nice and we liked that you needed the card to enter everywhere. Made you feel very safe

My only complaint was there was a family with a bunch of rowdy kids that was always very noisey while we were trying to eat. That’s not really the hotels fault .

I was happy until this happen to me. Housekeeping STOLE $1800 out of my room and went into my LUGGAGE to get the money that was in an envelope.

The hotel did not want to help me get the money back from the lady that came in my room for less then 15 minutes to change some bed sheets while I waited downstairs in the lobby. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I AM GOING TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW ON EVERY SITE I CAN TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY OUT YOUR ROOMS HERE. I am going to be contacting the corporate headquarters to get help and report this to them and the police.

The room and entire facility was super clean. Grandpa and the grandkids loved the indoor pool and they even had a Pelaton machine in the fitness room! The breakfast food was some of the best we have had in our travels and the breakfast hosts were fantastic!!!

Never like having to pay extra to park, but know that happens with a lot of downtown hotels.
