Hotel is in a Sketchy side of town. It is close to the Houston Airport (IAH) about a 4 min drive. There is NO Shuttle service. The room was clean but the Hotel is dated. Im a business traveler and i have stayed here a few times.

Yes theres quite a few things I didnt like about this hotel. Lack of communication for one. Spoke with a representative early Friday afternoon to discuss my familys arrival time. Later discovered my card had been charged 3 times.

The sheets looked in some place like they were going to rip they were so thing and worn. The aircon was so loud we could hardly sleep and eventually had to switch off but then found ourselves feel hot and stuffy, all this after a 13 hr flight from NZ.

I love the location and I love their breakfast , but they will insist not to check you inn until 3pm unless you will pay additional $50, and I do not like the fat that room service will not change my towels until the third night. Other than these they are amazing

Let the house keeping change my towels and beddings if they won't clean the room every day.

While checking out staff was extremely nasty. Had to wait 30 minutes before they came to check me out on 10/29 at 9 am. Did not give me a receipt after I asked for one when I checked out. Told me that it would be emailed. Still have not received it and it 10/30.
