The location is wonderful for anything downtown. Small shop on the same block, restaurants within very easy walk
Negatives:
This is a three star hotel, at best. Pillows are very bad, beds just ok. Everything needs updating. Most staff at the desk, except the one who checked us in, are wonderful. Most bar/breakfast staff, except the one we had on the last day, not so good. You have to wait an age for everything. On the whole, doesn't feel like a hotel for international travellers.

Hotel was charming for its age. Great location.
Negatives:
When we arrived, 15 mins after check in. The ceiling started pouring out water. Went to front desk and they were not very helpful. Maintenance man showed up and he was very friendly. They had a bucket in the ceiling, that tells me this has happened before
