The staff are kind and welcoming. We loved the room, large bathroom, and pool. This is our official Houston hotel!

Staff were excellent. We loved having our rooms cleaned and made up each day. Not many do this anymore.
Negatives:
It is awkward getting in and out of the parking garage. If coming from one direction, I have to do a loop and and then immediately get to the right lane. 2nd issue is that they have a huge amount of available valet parking spots but not other parking.
