Online photos were great, very deceptive and totally not representative of reality. Lobby looked as pictured. Rooms were moldy, dirty, carpet was worn. Padded headboards were vinyl and had large head holes. Tile in bath was missing caulk and cracked tiles

Fridge in 1 room was recessed in spot and unable to open, other room it was full of leftovers from prior tenant. Both patio doors were leaking, one would not open NoR close and lock. Light dim, pictures moldy. Pool/hot tub murky

Excellent breakfast, friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful hotel inside, and perfect location only five minutes from DFW Airport. Loved that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport.

Though there were chairs in the front part of the suite, the bedroom could have used a lounge chair or two.

There are many things Im very disappointed about. I reserved two queen beds and ended up with just a king so people ended up sleeping on the couch and floor. No air conditioning and no towels. Super disappointed in this place. No one was helpful either.

Room and bathroom were outdated-curtains with burn spots, ceiling and walls flaking, shower with dents, shower head falling off wall.Breakfast was total chaos, no order and too many people just pushing and grabbing food.

The temperature in my was could not be controlled. I turned it down as low as possible and it made no difference at all. I was hot the entire time. Also, online the menu was one thing. Once we got inside the menu was limited - very disappointed.

I did not like the shuttle service, the driver was super rude, he did not open the back on the van to load our luggage; we had to ride with our luggage on our laps. He was texting while driving and swearing at other drivers. He didnt even open the door.

Hotel rooms are in poor condition and hard to regulate the room temp. Hotel seemed very understaffed. Could not get towels so had to use pool towels.

I was really disappointed. It was very run down and looked like it was an old room and had never been updated. The bathroom had white stuff falling off the ceiling- the front room had a box on the ceiling in the corner that looked like it had mold on it

The bed had the worst pillows I have ever slept on in my life. I have always looked for a embassy Suites anywhere we have traveled - I will not ever do that again. This should be a 1 star hotel
