I booked this hotel for my 15 year old daughter and husband. They got off a plane in Texas to a phone call saying they didn’t have a room available for them because they got too busy. So at 10 o’clock at night they’re scrambling to find a place to stay in a state they don’t live in ridiculous

Half of the laundry facilities were in poor shape and weren't working, in addition management uses a third party where you have to request a refund for lost funds that are paid for a non-working machine....I'm still waiting on mine. This is an old property, old appliances and filthy carpet. Water pressure very low in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Loud obnoxious kids playing outside late and only got worse when we complained to management. The exterior trash bin was overflowing.

Breakfast was nice and hot. Pool and jacuzzi was amazing staff was very nice. And my room was definitely clean.

That’s there wasn’t a lot of towels they could give us. We stayed 3 nights and couldn’t get towels due to they was washing for three days.

I chose this hotel again because 2023 visit was great however for the March 2024 visit the rooms and appliances was in poor condition.
Negatives:
No cabinet doors or handles was missing, pots pans etc… didn’t look clean. carpet stains, air conditioner very loud, bathroom cabinet door fell off. Look like unfinished kitchen

Positives:
I liked the service, the pet friendly areas, the size of the rooms and everything was just good and nice.
Negatives:
we had an issue the 1st night that the hotel was over booked so we had to stay at another hotel but they fixed that for us and comped the night.....and our room was on the 3rd floor so taking our bags up and down was a little hard.
