The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, banks and hospitals. The room has a small kitchen with basic appliances. I could sleep well there.
Negatives:
- The hotel has old appearance and has old and scratched/damaged furniture.
- Bathroom space is very small.
- Smell in room wasn´t good
- Fitness room very small and old.
- Cleaning service very limited. I was there for a week and had no right to get my room cleaned. I had to ask for that service.

The location was extremely good and close to the DFW Airport, without being located in the approach sector of the runways. So it was very quiet and we had a very pleasant stay. The area in general is very safe and has a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast and lounge area was the best we had seen so far in similar Hotels. We stayed 16 nights and we plan to come back whenever we are in Dallas again. I can definetely recommend this Hotel!
