Took a while for us to get the remotes to work; the room AC/heater made a loud screeching noise beginning at midnight and through the night.

Stores are near by and lots of restaurants! Breakfast was very good! And lots of options.

Outdated furniture and televisions. Needs lots of cleaning not just wiping down and changing sheets. Walls, doors, corners and furniture were dirty.

The staff. went above and beyond for the guest. Especially the young man at the front desk. The shuttle drivers were helpful, took me to/ from work and out for meals. Great kitchen staff. The breakfast was excellent! Such a variety. I Highly recommend!

Just one thing. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low.

I dont like that the ice came out with dirty particles, there were men walking around with no shirts, it seems more creepy like a motel. The couches are dirty along with the stained carpets. This is my 3rd time trying to give this hotel a chance because this was always my go to hotel. But since a new company and management has took over(bcz I definitely inquired) it has become like a motel stay and Ive only been to a motel once in my lifetime and I WOULD NEVER want that experience again but if you come to this location you might have that experience. It looked like prostitution was going on right in the lobby area ewe just a place I wouldnt want family or friends to experience and it was soooooo EMBARRASSING . Last time the lights were off for almost the whole day. This hotel is not the experience I want to have and its just slum. I never left a review for this hotel in such a way but this hotel deserves to be known. I hated my stay just because it was a downright hot mess and I wanted to leave but couldnt bcz all my daughters friend had already arrived

1. 3 items in the exercise room were out of order 2. Tv did not work until staff fixed it 3. Toilet did not flush well 4. There was a boxed hot water heater in the lobby all 5 days 5. Business center -out of order equipment 6. No hot water for tea
