Positives:
Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The blanket on the bed was nice as well and not the super thin kind that you sometimes get. Wifi was easy to access and there were ample elevators so you never had to wait a long time even if you were on a high floor. I liked the white tea scent of their toiletries as well. Gym had ample equipment.
Negatives:
The water temperature never got really warm. The servers at the restaurant were super nice but it was a little slow from a timing perspective. Ironing board/iron seemed very old and could use an upgrade.

I initially I asked for a late check out and I was declined. I overheard another guest saying they had a late check out and were approved. I called the front desk and explained that and my findings, they approved my late check out. I’m from the area, but I now live in another state. I was meeting my family one last time before heading out. It was later in the day 3:30. Check out was 12. So I had nowhere else to go because everyone was at church. So that’s why I needed a later check out.
