The room was clean for the most part I booked a room with the multi head shower I was put in a room with a regular shower that was the only mix up but we was happy with the stay .
Negatives:
The facilities was dirty there would be random dog throw up on the floor in the stair wells or hallways I know that's not really on yall it's on the pet owner but it was like dodging land mines . The service for check in was a little slow we waited a pretty good while for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in .

The night staff was horrible took me 35 min to find the guy then he said he didn’t have no more king bed like the one I booked but he had on like it I walked into a double queen and about lost my cool after a long frustrating day but he managed to charge me the same price I’m lost I’ll never spend 150 again for a queen bed

Staff were incredibly kind, interesting and helpful. The place was close to the airport, an ideal for our needs during an overnight layover. We also enjoyed the pool! Huge selection at breakfast.
Negatives:
Would love a few more healthy options at breakfast (although there were lots of options for what they did have! The kind staff also found us some fruit on request). Less disposable plates/cutlery. Bedrooms could do with a refurb. All in all it was good value for what we paid.

Every person that worked in the building was so friendly. We had a great experience and would stay again.
Negatives:
We did have a dirty towel that was folded with are clean towels. It had questionable brown spots on it, that looked fresh. We did ask for new towel and they did give us some.

The location of was great.

The room and bottom floor appears to have had flooding. There was an air purifier in the room when I walked it. There were bugs, dirt, and worms under the bed. There was hair on the bed. The door to go out of the back of the building was broke. It had been open all night. It was very evident they do the bare minimum or patch/rig things when the broke. The guest in the room next to me had to be moved because something happened with the ceiling. An obvious mildew smell, lack of cleanliness (which I could go on and on about-I took pics it was that bad), and major safety concerns. I left after the first night, even after I paid for the second. I have never done that.
