The room was very good, clean and fresh everything we needed. Exterior very bad , trash bins not emptied for weeks, ants and flies excessive. Breakfast poor, no coffee, machine broken. Staff unavailable, didn't take care of the breakfast area. Messy, dirty.

Place was a construction zone, lots of deferred maintenance. No idea how this got such high ratings. Good bones but Managememt is really slipping.

Our room was close to front and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast in the AM was a plus. It was quiet.
Negatives:
Soda machines didn't work, and there's a sign saying you can purchase from the front desk. The issue was that no one was there. There was a button to push when you needed something, but still no one came. Same for when we needed toilet paper. The restroom had ants.
