No one at desk for service - most of the time Rollover away bed given to us was filthy on both sides. We did not use.

The breakfast area offered a good place for my family to gather and visit during the day.

#1 The bathroom door would not close all the way because the door jamb was swollen. #2 I went to the desk and asked for extra shampoo the second night. She couldnt find any. #3 There was water dripping down into the conference room.

Room smelled of mildew, musty and beds were uncomfortable. Also, coffee maker in room was not compatible with k cups, only the maker in breakfast area but it didnt work half the time.

BUT THE AIR DIDNT WORK VERY WELL SO IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE.
