Nothing was acceptable during our stay
Negatives:
Extremely UNSANITARY conditions in the entire room and restroom, starting with the carpet- it was filthy and dusty. The towels were old and thin. There bugs everywhere, in the beds, in the ceiling and the windows. The pool wasnt working either.

The location was probably the best thing about this hotel. Easy access to highways.
Negatives:
You couldnt buy a smile from the staff and the fee for incidentals was $100, which seemed odd for that hotel. Everything was clean, but definitely an older hotel. Not sure how it gets a three star rating. Oh, and lots of slamming doors during the night.

The drywall was cracked all over and separating. The toilet was loose and rocked when sitting down. There was hair, not ours, on the bed sheets, in the shower, and the sink.

I have already lodged a complaint. This hotel needs EXTENSIVE repair. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Not the star rating I paid for or expected. I paid for a 3 star hotel and was told by the staff that the hotel was actually a 2 star hotel. Not very nice or clean but I had no choice but to stay as we arrived later in the evening. The staff was fine.

A few tiny bugs seen . No plug in the bathtub for taking a bath.

They tried to charge us $100 deposit fee after we called 2 days in advance for them to say it's only $50. A staff member tried to unlock our door at midnight, saying needing to verify our room, saying they didn't show us registered. Horrible...

Electric plugs didnt work, the shower head had a leak that caused the bathrooms floor to be soaked, the room smelled very humid, lamps were broken, hole in shower curtain, room shades broken, wouldnt go up or down. Very dirty appliances.

In no way was this a 3 star hotel. Everything was old and outdated and falling apart. The bathroom door didn't close and neither safety lock on the front door worked. The shower head was old and dirty.
