Where to start....roaches, staff was rude. Dont you dare ask for an extra towel. Toilet was crooked, went 2 days with no room service. Patches in the wall. Beds sucked. Would not recommended

Big deal: The advertised "continental breakfast" was not available, as they stopped doing it (temporarily) 3 years ago due to covid, and never restarted. Small deal: In the process of remodeling, outlet was loose from wall, nothing major.

Upfront lady runned my card 3 times saying it kept declining and she actually took the money didnt get my money after 3 days she canceled my reservation and had to pay day by day which it ended up being more

In all honesty there was nothing about that property that I like not the night female manager the rooms were horrible those roses wasnt fit for an animal to live in she said they were getting ready to go under renovation my chair head rips all in and mold in the bathrooms the dresser was put together by zip ties to the beds were horrible Ive never walked into anything like that in my life the manager extremely rude

The original front desk person, David was a very nice guy. Other than that they were all rude
Negatives:
Blood stains on the pillowcase. Bed sheets were stained as well. Towels were stained. Broken outlets. Leather chair had holes in it with stuffing coming out. Toilets didn't flush properly. Staff was rude. Hotel Keys continuously did not work
