The staff was great especially the young lady behind the bar...super friendly and a great bartender...I wish I can remember her name so she's recognized
Negatives:
There was bodily fluid on both chairs in my room, I decided not to complain since I would be gone all day and only was using the room to sleep and wouldn't be using said chairs for the two days I would be staying there...but pretty disgusting and shows the lack of attentiveness of the cleaning staff especially seeing how they came in and cleaned the room again during my stay and it still wasn't cleaned

The property was a great location. Very clean and comfortable

The front desk staff was not welcoming. We arrived very late 1130 pm and were told our two queen was not available and given a King.
We ask if they had a cart for our luggage and the front desk clerk said “If they aren’t by the door you will have to go look on the different floors to find one”. We were to tired and my son had a game at 10am. We just went up and down. Didn’t feel it was my job to go look on the different floors for carts at that hour. The other staff were very friendly but first impression say a lot. Will not stay here again.

The floors and ceilings are apparently not soundproof at all.
Front desk called at 11pm to say the guests below complained we were stomping around.
I had gotten out of bed to use the restroom and my son was already in bed sleeping.
That was annoying. The phone call woke him up. I dont blame front desk.
