Location, size of room, bed was comfortable. Quiet with nice access to ice machine and local eateries.
Negatives:
Floor planks were loose, glue bond was broken, some tripping hazards. Floor wasn't as clean as it could be - given the issues with inability to adequately mop. Outlet next to bathroom sink did not work.
