I was not able to stay because the court we were going to in Groveton, Texas was cancelled and even thoug I bought insurance they would not honor it. I called with plenty of time and to and they would not refund mynmoney back.

Understaffed. Old, filthy mattresses were piled up outside by the dumpster where everyone could see them.

It was close enough to where I needed to be.

There was no bath stopper. The shower dripped cold water while taking a bath. The toilet and sink had been used. The mirror was filthy. I took pictures and video as proof.

The reception was not always manned so guests had to wait for someone to come check them in.

morning lady at the desk was always on her cell phone was rude, there door keys were not working right. had to get them rebooted to enter the room.

Going through some renovation. Exterior looked a little rough.

Convenient & Very helpful and considerate front desk staff (I had made my reservation for the wrong date).

Breakfast was heavy on carbs and sweets. Only apples, no other fruit choice. Toaster was not working properly, orange juice tasted sour (jugs of juice were offered, juice dispensing machine was out of order).

Pictures online are deceiving. There is no hottub since it's full of concrete. Trim coming off the wall in the room. Crack in sink that would not drain, black something on hand towels. Tall weeds all around the property. Too gross for the expense.
