The friendly, helpful lady at the front desk
Negatives:
The room was not that clean. The walls needed to be cleaned, particularly around the doors. Bathroom was ok but needed to be overhauled. The sink and tub faucets kept running a bit even though they were turned off. The bed was hard with a sheet that was too small for the bed and a thin cover. Pillow was like cement.

That I paid online the 57$ and still had to pay the full amount and restarted everything again because they do not associate with them and I couldn't get my refund back from them I had to email the people that I booked online from them it was horrible and took forever for the process to get a room

Nothing the pictures they have up are old because the room looked nothing like the pictures they have up......we walked in and walked out and they didn't want to give me a refund....we didn't even stay or used anything and still didn't want to give a refund
