Positives: The lobby was clean and nice.

Negatives: The room we stayed in was gross. The walls had stains all over, in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathtub had said in the bottom, it seemed like it had not been cleaned. ALL of the walls were gross. The refrigerator door definitely had not been wiped down. One of the beds was so old that you rolled to the middle. I would definitely not stay again. I have never stayed in a hotel room that was so gross.

I contacted both homewood suites and booking.com and have not received a response. I have email from both parties approving and accepting the original price but was charged differently.

Positives: It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The room configuration works great for our family as the bedroom (with 2 queen beds) can be closed off from the living room area, which is important if you have someone on the sleep sofa or an early riser. The sleep sofa was surprisingly comfortable. Also, our room had a ceiling fan in the bedroom (just like home!) which we really appreciated as we are used to the air circulation when we sleep. The breakfast buffet was very good and was a delightful surprise. Amy does a great job preparing the food and obviously takes pride in the guests’ enjoyment. Easy ten-minute drive to the university. Very comfortable and a good value.
