Great location and pricing for our needs and allowed pets. They accommodated a resevation change even though it was packed due to college activities. Room looked remodeled although not upper end, it was clean and fine for us. Free breakfast a plus.

Their was dirt and dust and either pet hair or human hair around baseboards. Room did not have TV remote. Bathroom sink did not drain, we discovered this the next morning when we were getting ready to leave. There was no hot water in the shower!

Moved rooms TWICE because the first two both had a strong smell of urine. The breakfast was absolutely inedible. The elevator was inoperable; had to carry luggage up and down five flights of stairs.

It was too loud! You could hear people in the lobby at all hours of the night. They did not change your linens even day, you had to remove them yourself and ask f clean ones and install them yourself. There was no soap dish in shower
