Negatives: They accidentally overcharged my card $376.20 on top of my room fee then I had to wait 5 business days for it to be removed!

Negatives: We have stayed here previously and breakfast was really good. This time it was ok. They had a limited amount out which I understand with higher costs. But employees were a bit rude this visit. We witnessed the lady who was taking care of food come up to a gentlemen and tell him “it’s the same thing that was here earlier” gentleman had a confused and embarrassed look on his face and had to tell her she must have confused him with someone else. Front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for an extra hour since our baseball games did not start until late in the afternoon and they refused a late check out due to it being a weekend.

Negatives: It is not a new property. As such there were some items (cook top, ventilation fan in bathroom) that did not work well. Not as fresh as preferable.

Negatives: Tv remote control no good

Negatives: Nothing!

Negatives: The carpet was dirty and stained. It was very noticeable.

Negatives: Coffee was cold in the morning.

Negatives: We stood at the front desk to check in for 25+ minutes. There was a sign saying she would return but nowhere did it say for over a 1/2hour, then when she returned she had a major attitude, and was rude. This was also after us returning because our room wasn’t ready the first time we got there to checkin. Our room smelled dirty and the carpet was stained up everywhere. It was a football game weekend so rates were already over double what they normally are so it was really a tough loss on our part.
