The room stunk.
My stay was payed via booking before my arrival and two days into my stay, I asked for a key to my room and the manager refused to give me access to my room because they had a glitch with booking.com. They charged me again without letting me know for the first two nights on the credit card I left for incidentals, so basically they charged me twice, and refused to give me a key to my room until they resolved a problem they had on their end.
