Some housekeeper wasn't friendly, and refused a few times not to provide us basic towels, but we found one who is great that works there. The office lady( older) Maria isn't friendly at all, no common courtesy to the guest always a evil look on her face, other guest I talked to complained about her to management.

It was awful! First impression walking in to check in was ice machine, it was dirty with calcium buildup and just looked unsanitary, staff wasn’t very professional either, we get keys and go to room,curtains visible from outside window were dirty and stained so I knew the room wouldn’t be better. Room was not better holes in walls by baseboards big enough a huge rodent could come in restroom was in dire need of repair as well.I went back to receptionist and requested refund and went elsewhere.Basically this location was NOTHING as shown on pictures,this place needs to update their website
