Negatives:
Sheets had cigarette burns, towels were small, stained and rough. Carpet was old and stained, fridge had a loud rattle. A prostitute knocked on the door at 11pm. I could hear snoring from the next room. Breakfast bar was dirty and even the coffee was not drinkable. Worst hotel I've ever seen

The convenience to nearby restaurants. Quick access to the highway.
Negatives:
The Internet didn't work. There was no breakfast as advertised. There were long strings of hair on some of the towels. There were a shortage of towels. There were bugs in the bed.

requested a non-smoking room and it smelled with an ashtray in the drawer. Toilet leaked and there was a cockroach in the room. Was given another room as I requested and there was no phone in the room and the dresser drawer did not have a front on it.
