Lights did not work in the room, no hot water, door lock got stuck and almost couldnt get out of the room.

The bathroom was not clean. The shower curtain was moldy. And when we arrived later than expected the staff said we may have lost our reservation (even though we called to let them know)

Someone backing their commercial truck up all the way around the parking lot at 4:30 AM was not appreciated.

The price was in my budget. The location met my needs. Front desk staff were courteous and professional.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. The microwave, coffee pot and coffee service tray were dirty. The bathroom door jams, the blow dryer, and mirror were dirty. One of the beds had sheets that were threadbare.
