Home Away from Home! Spacious, clean rooms and an AMAZING STAFF! We travelled 10hrs to Plano for surgery. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need and were genuinely happy to help. We were so comfortable we extended our stay 2 nights.

Everything was fantastic. The outside of the hotel is a little outdated, but the grounds are clean and the property feels safe.

Hotel itself needs to be upgraded overall, it is very dated and worn. Since they allow pets they also need to change out or shampoo the carpet more often because it smells. Also they need to be upfront about the $100 deposit prior to booking.

I usually enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning and afternoon, when I finally became settled, I tried to make a cup for myself only to find the coffee pot missing a piece of glass....The next morning I notified the front desk about the situation.....they did absolutely nothing about the situation, my stay was for 3 nights....probably will never stay at that location ever again. Thanks.
