Positives:
The location was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of a green space that features restaurants, local vendors (on weekends), and great outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the room was very comfortable and extra clean.

Breakfast is average and expensive. Comes with a price. Location is great. Easy to get in and out of the place filled with activities. Parking can be painful if you don't get spots closer. Was lucky.

The room was so stuffy and hot, I tried messing with the thermostat but literally couldnt get the room and cooler all night. Then when I tried to climb into bed and get some shut eye, the sheets were so worn down that you could feel the fabric piling and it was so scratchy.
