La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham And Conference Center San Angelo

Negatives: These rooms were dirty, stains on chairs, unflushed toilet, grime on doors, dead TV, no coffee cups. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. La Quinta should be ashamed. I recommend customers stay at any other available hotel, and I recommend that Booking.com downrate this location.

Negatives: Everything. The lazy. Rude. And often annoyed staff…. The disgusting accommodations. I bought 4 rooms, we left as soon as the rest of my party arrived. At midnight. The place was filthy. There was a pen cap “working” the shower in “the suite”. Blood on 3/4 rooms bedsheets.

Negatives: This was the worst stay we’ve ever had. The lock on the door did not work, we had to place a chair under the door knob to keep people out. There was hair dye all over the bathroom and on other surfaces in the room, the toilet leaked water up under the tile floor. The A/C didn’t work and smelled awful! The towels looked like they had been used to clean up car grease, and the bed spread had black stains on it.

Negatives: The room was incredibly dirty, stains on the bedding, walls, floors, mirror. Trash still in room. Toilet didn’t flush. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. We booked a king bed and got two full sized beds instead. We waited 20min for a clerk to show up and check us in when we got there.

Negatives: Horrible room, door lock was faulty resulting in our door being ajar all night, room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of smoke, the bathroom sink was clogged by a rotten hard boiled egg shell, the shower had not been cleaned and there were no towels or toilet paper. Outside the door was a sticky mess that wasn't giung to be easily removed. Unfortunately it was rodeo weekend combined with the Eclipse so the hotels and this one were all booked. The place needs so much infrastructure repairs that no one should stay on the second floor. We will never stay here again and frankly it tarnishes the LaQuinta brand name. We have stayed in other LaQuinta locations but this one is the worst by a long shot. We were so disgusted that we left without taking a shower or eating the included breakfast.

Negatives: Our first room was so dirty and had mold and standing water behind and next to toilet. The toilet itself was dirty with visible feces on it

Negatives: The address was wrong so took us more than 30 mins to find the place. The staff were unapologetic and defensive, the room smelt of damp, the bathroom was mouldy, the bedding was dirty and itchy, there were only 2 thin sheets so we were cold. There was a dog next door crying most of the night. I will never be staying at one of these hotels again. We’re really not fussy but this was all around a terrible experience.

Negatives: Terrible breakfast area. The only hot food was waffles. No eggs or bacon or potato’s. Small coffee cups. No to go lids provided.

Negatives: The room smelled terrible, it was filthy, tv didn’t work, two lamps didn’t work, door was difficult to open, beds had stains on them, towels had brown spots all over them, people screaming outside our door all night long, the AC made a screeching noise every time it turned on.
