Booking.com your virtual card was declined. The hotel made me give my card. However, the hotel had no hot water for over 24 hours. While they did not charge me due to having no hot water, you still did even though your virtual card failed. I want my money back. I had to move to a totally different hotel so I could have hot water. I paid them directly. I will NEVER use booking.com again.

the bed was horrible it was like sitting on two top mattresses. you sat on it and it went to the floor like there was no box spring on it. very disappointed on that part...the foot of the bed was normal but the part where you lay down on sit on the side of the bed was too the floor :(
