It was ok. Just spent the night. Room was clean enough the bed was hard and the pillows lumpy. The facility is under remodel.
Negatives:
The room had patio doors that opened up towards the pool area. Security wise if I had been staying by myself this would be concerning because anyone could walk up the doors and try to get in.

We enjoyed our breakfast on Sunday. The bed was comfortable.

The first room we were assigned was obviously not cleaned and we had to get a new room assignment. The full size toiletries were empty.

The location was nice. Price was ok. Staff was friendly.

For one, the sheets had a dark brown stain on them. The bathroom door knob fell off just by opening the door. The room door had a gap about an inch in the bottom where we could see out. The bath tub did not retain water. The microwave wasn't plugged in to be able to use it so we had to move it to a different counter since the furniture it was on was heavy and we didn't want to scratch floors. The sliding door in the back was left unlocked before we arrived. Staff was friendly, but were unable to give us another room since every other one was being renovated.

I didn't like the bed bugs or that when I told the staff they didn't seem concerned or shocked or even offer a refund. Because now I'm spending all this money dry cleaning all of my belongings and throwing all of my bags away. And hoping I didn't bring any home with me.

There were so many things wrong with my room. First let's start off with they gave me the wrong hotel room I open the room and someone was already occupancy. Then I had go and get reassign a room. This room had no face covers over light switches, outlets,
