Bed and pillows were comfortable

Check in took more than 30 minutes with a clueless person. No smile, no welcome , did not know breakfast time and put down the wrong Wi-Fi code. Could be because the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms. Breakfast was prepay if you wanted a decent price. It was ok but didn’t have what was advertised

We have stayed here 2 different times in 2 different rooms and they have the same issues.
TVs don’t work properly, and the AC units don’t work properly.
No maintenance on duty at night to fix the problems.
