Our first room had a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, hair in the bath mat, & mold in the refrigerator. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to give us a different room. It was better but the bed was hard & the furniture run down.

I am handicap, so I had a really nice handicap accessible room. The only thing I found disturbing is how high the bed is. I could NOT get into that bed. So frustrating!!! I finally decided to my suit case as a step stool.

This place was in serious need of cleaning. Trash cans were overflowing. Room could have used vacuuming. Corners of bathroom not clean.I have stayed here twice before and it was great. Not this time! Will not be back here!

The size of the room and location was good. The hotel provided shower gel, shampoo etc which was good.
Negatives:
The rooms were very run down and smelt musky/ sweaty. Blue and brown marks on the walls in the bathroom. Wall paper in the room had been damaged all over. Floors were dirty, stained and dusty. Furniture dated and well used. There was no shower curtain on shower either!

given handicap room;did not need or request;towels were grey; the bathroom door was so heavy, there is no way a handicapped person could open it; my husband accidentally left his glasses by the front desk ( I might add with a receipt with our name on it) and the front desk person didn't bother to call. We spent quite a long time searching for them. Calling the restaurant we had eaten at. Checking our vehicle, and then decided to see 8f they had been turned in only to have the front desk person ask as he walked up, "are you Mr. Voss". Identifying she knew all along to whom they belonged, but couldn'teven bother to look up our room and notify us....anyway, overall definitely not a positive experience! We will not be back!
