Very clean and spacious room. View of the mountains was a nice surprise. Loved the full kitchen. Bed/Linens were super comfy. Pleanty of restaurants in the area. Room was quite.

The best stay Ive had in a while!! Staff was great and breakfast was amazing. Mom-Wednesday they provide dinner and is is tasty too! The only complaint is that the hot tub is not warm enough that I s a simple fix though! Overall this was a great hotel

The hotel was very clean. Very spacious and very friendly. Would stay there again for sure.
Negatives:
The complimentary breakfast needed another attendant to help her keep things stocked. Both of the drink machines were broken so there was not any drinks with breakfast. The poor attendant was struggling so badly to keep up with how many guests.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Washers and dryers did not function well. Washer didn't spin water from clothes, leaving them wet. Tried 3 dryers before finding one that dried. Hair dryer did not work. No hot breakfast on X-mas eve. There was rarely a person at the front desk.

Would not honor my late checkout and threatened to call the police because Estee my girl asked for 15 min so I could finish putting my prosthetic leg on . They messed up the reservation from the first footsteps . I want a refund for the 300 a night room .
