Did not get the room described or pictured. We were given the room that was as far as you could get from the elevator.
The kitchen area was clean, but the carpet and furniture was dusty. Toilet and shower area was very cramped. The refrigerator ran loudly and constantly the whole visit. Since we needed to use the pull out sofa bed, no place to sit to eat, but that didn't matter, because our food went bad in the fridge..too warm.
I will not be using that facility again in the future.

Very clean and spacious room. View of the mountains was a nice surprise. Loved the full kitchen. Bed/Linens were super comfy. Pleanty of restaurants in the area. Room was quite.

Poor customer service. Gave my room away and the manager or even IHG customer service never cared to contact me an update on my complaint. I made the complaint in person at the hotel and even called up
customer service.
