Negatives: Had some trouble with TV ..wrong time always so programming off on guide ..not big deal for us but mentioned to front desk so they knew ..sent person to fix & that’s where issue came ..there for 1.5 hrs until I said just put back to how was ..couldn’t ..really frustrating at that point ..finally new TV brought in & I could do my work call (that I had to set off)

Negatives: only complaint I have is I was getting off the elevator in the morning and 2 large dogs rushed in as the doors opened and I almost fell over. I love my dogs but I get a sitter for them so I’m not infringing on anyone else’s rights as a guest. The owner of the dogs didn’t apologize and got in the elevator before I could exit. When I shook my head at her she only said to her dogs “it’s ok babies SOME people just don’t like dogs” this is not true but what I don’t like is being crowded or made to feel uncomfortable when I’m in public at a hotel minding my own business. My suggestion is not to allow dogs in your hotels. It would make your customers more comfortable to not have to deal with situations like I did. from now on I will investigate more deeply for hotels that don’t allow pets. little dogs are one thing but big dogs???….the behavior of the owner was just out right rude.

Negatives: I have stayed at this location twice and the first time our bed was extremely comfortable this time the bed was not both my husband and i were sore when we woke up. Other than that the only other thing is the doors slam extremely loud if you forget to slowly let them close.
