You know,this place is so well- run in a difficult neighborhood, that I have to say there was nothing I didn't like...This place was very well- appointed and reasonably priced, such that I will stay here every time I am stuck in the valley due to snow.

Positives:
The two positive points were location and the free parking

The room was dirty, full of dusty all over the place, when I looked under the bed was a nightmare, there were used cotton swabs and a fork. The towels were old, almost transparent, there is only one elevator and was broken when we arrived. It’s a hotel badly maintained.

Easy check-in, nice front desk staff. I appreciated the gated on-site parking. Beautiful view of mountains from my room. Short drive to/from the event I attended. Fun and tasty waffles for complimentary breakfast.
Negatives:
Having to maneuver luggage up steps to entry door, then down some stairs to get to elevator to room.

The property smelled like cigarettes and marajuana. There was constantly homeless people on the property. There was a time where they were kicking someone out and due process wasn’t given due process. Breakfast only had maybe 3 options. The room and the entire facility looked like a hotel from the 70s. The room that was photographed is not how the property looks. I think for the price of this hotel there was better options. Online it looked newer The beds were extremely uncomfortable and cheap. They were very loud. Every time we moved the bed would squeak and the entire bed would move with the slightest bit the entire bed felt so unsafe and would often come completely I witnessed someone being put out over speculation that they had been selling drugs. For my child to over hear that conversation it was ridiculous. I want my money back because this place was unsafe,

The location was super close to everything we had planned in the city. That was about it

The pictures online weren’t an accurate representation of the actual rooms. Everything felt dirty, smelled like cigarettes, and even the parking lot didn’t feel super safe. Staff wasn’t super helpful when we expressed our concerns

Furniture in lobby the leather is old, used looking. Tv picture quality not consistent amongst channels. Mattresses should have a cover on them to protect them not just a sheet. Hallways and elevator outdated.
