Nope. Theyre disgusting people that judge and have zero empathy. I had customers asking me if I was ok in the lobby. Not one single worker cared. They can all go to heck

The staff themselves were the rudest people Ive ever known in hospitality! They treated us like junkies and made us leave our room while I was having heart problems cause they were booked then towed our car. They left me with PTSD

Parking was limited and somewhat congested but overall very pleasant.

The entire area (and specifically Temple Square) was undergoing a multi-year renovation project and most of the attractions in the immediate area were closed. Valet parking at $35/day was too expensive especially when we had to wait 20 mins for our car.
Positives:
The hotel was where we needed it when we needed it. The front desk staff were very kind and friendly.
Negatives:
For the price, I would expect free breakfast. Also, the valet was extremely slow retrieving our cars. We ended up asking for our keys to be returned to us, then searching the parking lot for our cars.

We loved the ambience throughout the hotel, easy to find our room and parking was easy to find. The restaurant connected is delicious and loved our waiter!

Great location for downtown SLC even better if you are going to Delta Center for anything.

I have now stayed at both this Radisson as well as the Radisson at the airport and both didnt have hot water for showers.

Positives:
Room was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The location is good to everything downtown. They have a nice parking garage but be aware of the high cost to park at $25 per night.
Negatives:
The shower had low water pressure and was one of those removable wands that mounts to a metal pole on the wall. It was adjustable but wouldn't stay in the same spot and kept falling down and turning. Very poor shower for a hotel this nice.
