Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

I waited for over 15...

The front receptionist was pleasant

There was an additional charge that was not disclosed on booking the property. I was told it was a temporary hold and would be returned after checkout.
The hallways were dark and dank.
The floor lamp in the room was inoperable. Light bulb out?
A disappointment to us compared to your other properties.
This experience makes me question if I would recommend or even book another of your properties.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

The location of this hotel was sketchy and there were no amenities within walking distance. Half of the parking lot was flooded and I was hesitant to leave the hotel to get anything, because I didn't want to lost my "dry spot."

Positives:
Location to airport was convenient. Staff were friendly though. Not very informed about the airport even though they are an airport hotel.
Negatives:
Furniture was so worn out in the room that it was almost torn. Bathroom curtains rod was completely corroded and peeling into bathtub. They say they have 24 hour shuttle. They book you for 5:30 am and when you call to check they say they don’t have a driver for the early morning but they at least call an Uber to take you.

No hot water to take a hot bath. Laundry was changed to a pay app system which did not work properly. I had to complain about the washers I used.
