Everything was out of order the pool, washing machines, i'm pretty sure that people off the street were doing your laundry there they had one machine working, and then April and then there was no washing machines. Blinds rarely worked .

Really close to food and had on-site amenities. The facility was modern and clean. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.

The pool was closed with no notice. That was the entire reason we booked that hotel. If it is not working, it should be noted when booking.

The pool was broken.( The pool was the reason my kids wanted to get a hotel in the First place). The hallways and room smelled really bad. The blankets didn't smell good either and had stains on them. Everything felt grungy. Which is disappointing, because we have stayed here a couple times in the past and had a mich better experience. Wouldn't book here again based on this experience.

The staff couldnt renew my reservation since I used booking.com. The pool was also not working and I wish there was a notice about that before booking because that was the main attraction for our kids.

Positives:
We were charged 150 extra for a room fee to be returned upon check out and have not seen the return on our card yet. Not even mentioned on a copy of our bill. Our current hotel is 20 dollars. Will call today but shouldnt have to worry about this being on vacation.

Location and breakfast was good. Nice kitchen area if you needed it but we were there just to sleep.
