Positives:
We booked an overnight stay to visit Zion National Park as a side trip from Las Vegas. I was surprised to find a beautiful hotel in a prime location for under $180 per night! This hotel is a 2-minute walk from Bus Stop #6, in which you can board the free city bus from Springdale to Zion's Visitor's Center. It only gets better - parking was inexpensive, breakfast is complimentary, and there's a stunning backyard patio with a fire pit to enjoy with your morning coffee.
Negatives:
The rooms are a bit dated, but it's acceptable for a budget-friendly hotel in a town near a National Park - at least, it's not overpriced upwards of $300+ per night (unlike some parks). Unfortunately, we had a room next to one of the building entrance. So, every time that guests would use their card to enter the building, it sounds like someone is trying to unlock our room. Recommend avoiding those rooms for your visit.

Very good
Positives:
The location of this hotel was incredible for hiking in Zion. It was on the main road, just a few minute drive to the Park gate and resteraunts. The breakfast here was incredible, and we grabbed fruit to go for the day. The back area was also very nice, with propane fire pits and a view of the mountains. Didn’t love that we had to pay for parking separately. The room was decent, what you expect from a hotel room. The cost is higher than maybe worth, but with it being in Zion, it’s fair for the location and was comparable to others.
Negatives:
That we had to pay for parking on top of our stay. The breakfast was delicious, but there was very few spots to sit.

Nice hotel close to Zion...
Positives:
Beautiful view - though our room did not have a view, this hotel has public balconies and decks that we sat out on often. Friendly staff and afternoon cookies were nice.
Negatives:
Pool was closed but they gave us access to the pool at adjacent hotel. Twice the walk though. I missed the $10/day parking fee in the fine print and was surprised/disappointed by that.

Pool and Spa closed and was expecting to use them both!
Loud noises from room above keeping us awake!

Disappointing
Positives:
Clean, perfect located hotel in the Zion nationalpark area.
Negatives:
Green philosophy of the hotel -no indication. Offering plastic cutlery, plastic cups, paper plates and single wrapped food during breakfast...shows absolutely no foresight and no nowadays mindset. Trash will be not separated by the guests so recycling will be most probably impossible. Let's jump into better paths to save the environment especially in a nationalpark place. Step forward hotel managet!

Positives:
I need to give a shout out to Gary and his maintenance staff . We had a problem with the A/C in the room blowing warm air . After calling the front desk we had maintenance at our door within 5 minutes . When they couldn't repair the issue they called Gary who is the maintenance manager . Gary informed us the unit is bad and needed to install a new unit ... The old unit was removed and a brand new was installed with in 30 minutes . We were excited to see customer service is still important and first and foremost !
Negatives:
Basic furnishings. If you want to make it a romantic stay , maybe upgrade flooring and furnishings.
