I didnt like anything about it because when I arrived they said I had no reservation even though I had a confirmation number. As it was 11:30pm I had nowhere to go so I ended up buying a return ticket home and spent the night at the airport.

The rug was dirty! Including when I lifted the bed covers on both beds there was trash on the floor carpet! The beds were hard and lumpy! The bathroom had cracked tiles and loose ones too! No breakfast, no fitness center, no gathering room, etc. and people stood outside my room window talking loud late at night! I should of paid only twenty dollars.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was right next to the room door which made it easy to unload suitcases.

The room was in poor condition: low tiled ceiling with damaged ceiling tiles, damaged wood trim, damaged carpet (unstuck from the wall in the corners), bathroom with very small shower and cracks in the walls.

OK for one night and...
Positives:
A convenient stay-over on our way to Montreal. Nearby restaurants and supermarket plus lots of gas stations to fill up if you're making a longer journey, like we did. Generally, cost effective with a reasonable breakfast.
Negatives:
We have stayed here before and that visit was absolutely fine, so was disappointed to find our room wasn't clean/ed before our arrival. The breakfast wasn't great this time around either. It's a Travelodge, I'm not expecting smoked salmon etc., but perhaps it was because of the time of year we went (December), there was little left to eat (got there just before 9am).

Positives:
The hotel is affordable and well located with plenty of options for buses and close to a lot of restaurants and breweries. The indian gentleman from the front desk was very kind, polite and even fixed my luggage wheels, which got frozen and were not working because of the cold, the snow and the salt of Burlington. But he offered himself to fix them and he did an amazing job. I do appreciate that a lot. The breakfast was good, too!
Negatives:
The chinese ladies who worked also at the front desk and the restaurant were not willing to be nice to us or keep our luggage for a few hour after our checking out time and kicked us out of the breakfast room minutes past 10 a.m. And that was really disappointing. The house keeping stuff was rude and disrespectful.
