Smelled like cigarettes in the lobby, the elevator had trash on the floor, the carpet look matted and messy, the room smelled like cigarettes. The tv remote wasn’t clean. They had two parking spots for law enforcement, however law enforcement wasn’t there protecting my wheels from my car from being stolen. Check in staff wasn’t trained well.

I disliked having to go to the front desk for cutlery, plates, dish soap etc. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason why these items are not in the room already. Nor do they deliver: I had to move up a big box of cutlery myself. I would not mind disposable plates or cultery, but they NEED TO BE IN THE ROOM. No iron in the room. Toaster is never available. The premises are not very clean. Breakfast is coffee, tea, and cereal bars. Prepackaged muffins occasionally.

The overall price-performance ratio was very good. The room was clean and in an acceptable condition. A nice add-on was the included grab-and-go breakfast.
