Positives: Location and historical feel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff polite and helpful.

Negatives: Limited services for room. No coffee or even an ice bucket. Parking was included but had to go down to a creepy garage to get my car. Hotel bar/dining closed Sunday-Wednesday so do not plan on that. There is a sister hotel however, that honors voucher. Hallways were very cold!

Positives: Location was excellent. Staff was helpful, but didn’t know a whole lot about the area. We would’ve liked to of had coffee service every morning, and also filtered water for no charge. Telephone was not functioning and there could be more outlets for charging laptops, etc. N
