Great location, gorgeous views of Washington, DC. Rooms are spacious, with lots of natural light available from the large windows.
Negatives:
Not the hotel's fault, but construction just outside of it made it challenging to get in and out of the location. Hopefully it will be finished soon.

Water burned my hands. Water was stuck on Hot and it was like boiling water, my hands still itch!

Location was good and housekeeping kept the room very clean!
Negatives:
Tree blocked the view we paid extra for. Scratched fridge in the floor. No dryer. Toiletries were male-scented. NO COLD WATER in cold faucets/shower. Water came out SCALDING! Reviews show this has been a problem since August. VERY DANGEROUS!

They put us in the "other" building separate from the main hotel. I had called in advance and had booked months out so should not have been put in the "other" building......view of run down houses on street level rather than seeing DC monuments; bummer!

$150/night seemed like a good deal and free parking in the garage was a plus. Solid location.
Negatives:
Starting with the King bed room that I booked was not available due to "overbooking". Room we received was a full bed on the ground floor next to the smoking area. Giant mouse/rat bait stations inside the hotel and outside point to an obvious pest issue. Disturbing to say the least. Brought the issue up to the front desk and got a simple "I'm sorry about that". They could not offer me any compensation due to the fact I booked through booking.com No blanket in the room just two sheets on the bed. Foul sewer smell in the bathroom. Never again!
