The beds are amazing. The room was very clean. Very easy check in process.

The room service menu is very limited with options I don't think the average person would like.
There was a disturbance outside our room. It lasted almost an hour. I called the front desk to let them know. 25 minutes after the 1st call, I called again as they were still in the hall. I was told someone had been up to quiet the situation, but she would send them again. When the person showed up, the guest were in their room. He knocked on their door, told them there's a complaint about their noise. The guest says they'll quiet down & the hotel staff responded.....you are good. After he left it was still another 15 mins before they quieted down. This was after midnight.

The customer service was decent. They were able to accomodate our travel with a dog.
Negatives:
We were initially given a room that was not clean (had been slept in, bed unmade, etc.). I went down to the desk and they gave us another room with no problem. However, the new room was not clean either. There was hair in the shower on the walls & floor

The front desk staff were friendly and professional, as was the Bartender/Server in the restaurant. The facilities were recently renovated and reflect that clean modern feel.
Negatives:
My room, 703, had an issue with the heating that I did not realize until the middle of the night and was freezing, Kept turning up the heat. By about 7:00 am the room reached an acceptable temperature, but my sleep was impaired by the cold.
Also, the restaurant was supposed to be open for breakfast at 6:00 am. The staff did not arrive and so the kitchen was closed. I wound up with a bottle of OJ from the hotel "store" beside the redistration desk. I last tried about 7:30 and there was no one to be found in the restaurant. I always stay at Marriott properties and expected this to be an upscale version of the Marriott brand. Very disappointing

Positives:
The rooms were clean and a good size. The beds were fairly comfortable
Negatives:
I swear the walls were thin or poorly insulated, as the noise from trucks going down the interstate all night was unbearable. I got very little sleep. There were also maintenance issues like only one of three elevators was functioning, and a leaky toilet valve making the tank refill frequently. This was just one more noise to degrade the sleep quality. Also, there was really no complimentary breakfast, just coffee and a small fruit bowl. They did have items for purchase like fruit cups or yogurt parfaits, and they had a sit down restaurant, but that did not work into our schedule.
